In our innovative office design, the centerpiece is a stunning atrium that blends nature with architecture. This atrium is not just visually appealing; it functions as a cooling tower. Water cascades from the top and is collected at the bottom, creating a soothing sound while cooling the building and reducing heat gain from the skylight. Water-resistant glass enhances this effect.
We maximize daylight through the atrium, reducing the need for artificial lighting and cutting energy costs. Dark tinted glass on the exterior helps control heat and glare, maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.
Green spaces are integral to our design. We’ve included green beds to offset the building’s large footprint, providing public green escapes and enhancing the environment. The main cores, which house lifts, stairs, and essential services, also efficiently manage the water system.
Green roof gardens provide pleasant retreats and increase the green space ratio while reducing heat absorption through the roof. Extended floors with greenery act as shading devices, offering sun protection for adjacent floors.
On the southwestern side, which gets the most sun, we’ve filled open areas with lush greens and tall trees like banyan and berry trees to act as natural heat barriers. We’ve also implemented other techniques to reduce heat gain on this side.
Rainwater harvesting is a key part of our sustainability efforts. Water collected from the roof is used to recharge underground reserves. Plants for shading devices include wild grass, small shrubs, creepers, vines, and snake plants, chosen for their decorative and functional benefits. Open areas feature short grass and flowers, while green roofs have grasses, flowers, shrubs, snake plants, and small fruit plants.
Building materials in white or lighter colors minimize heat absorption, enhancing energy efficiency and providing a fresh look. We’ve also prioritized views, especially on the east side, where a green mountain backdrop enhances visual appeal and air quality.
Our design fosters community by housing medium-scale companies on the first four floors, large-scale companies on the top four floors, and small-scale companies in terrace cabins. This mix promotes interaction and collaboration.
Inside, ergonomic workstations and inviting lounge areas boost comfort, creativity, and productivity. Each piece of furniture is chosen to evoke vitality, reinforcing our commitment to a healthy work environment.
In summary, our office design focuses on sustainability, comfort, and community. The central atrium cools and beautifies the space, green areas offset the built environment, and strategic plantings create a pleasant microclimate. With an emphasis on energy efficiency, water management, and accessible design, we’ve created a modern, sustainable office that’s a joy to work in.
