Two problems often occur on holiday beaches: first, since high tides often occur when there is insufficient sunlight, people are often trapped or even killed due to lack of observation at the beach; second, because jellyfish in the ocean cannot be seen, tourists often suffer from it while swimming.
This time we choose a tourist beach on the Mediterranean coast. As a global tourist destination, beaches along the Mediterranean are often infested by jellyfish outbreaks, and high tides often put tourists at risk.
We plan to use ecological and environmentally friendly methods to solve the two problems mentioned above at the same time. We will use interactive devices to cultivate and release luminous algae at the seaside to attract jellyfish to feed, thus realizing the visualization of jellyfish.
At night, luminous algae and jellyfish that eat luminous algae will emit fluorescence to illuminate the coastline. They form a unique night scene, warning people of the location of jellyfish as well as high tides to reduce the occurrence of dangerous situations.
