2024 - light under the dune

As an ancient and unique water conservancy project, Xinjiang Karez not only brings water of life to arid areas, but also carries a profound historical and cultural heritage. We tried to transform the Karez into a residential space guided by light, integrating traditional architectural elements with modern living concepts.
Through the projection of light from the ground down through the windows, with the help of the power of light and through the guidance of light, a bright and warm living atmosphere is created.
