HELIOTROPE an Algae Innovation Hubs for Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and Technology Startups envisage to leverages the strengths of Mutiara Damansara. The facade’s openings mimic stomata, responding to real-time environmental conditions. Higher CO2 levels, increased light intensity, will trigger the facade to close, leaving minimum opening, maximizing algae growth by providing optimal conditions. While optimal airflow for building occupants comfort. When closed, the facade acts like a giant lung, actively sequestering CO2 from the surrounding air. This captured CO2 can then be directly channeled to the algae cultivation systems, further enhancing their growth and creating a closed-loop system. By leveraging natural ventilation and light control, the stomata-inspired facade reduces reliance on mechanical heating, cooling, and artificial lighting, significantly lowering the hub’s energy consumption and carbon footprint. Additionally, Algae are nutritional powerhouses, rich in protein and omega-3s. The future might see them playing a significant role in food security, with applications like creating meat substitutes or even cultivating superfoods. Heliotrope contributes to this vision by Algae Cultivation & Nutraceuticals, addresses food security challenges of the future in Mutiara Damansara.By harnessing the potential of algae, we can create a more sustainable future. HELIOTROPE are at the forefront of this exciting journey, offering innovative solutions to address contemporary challenges and pave the way for a more promising tomorrow.
