2024 - Light and Bloom

The project “Guided by the Light” aims to address a problem found in city parks open at night. We identified that people stop using public spaces, such as Bicentenario Park in Vitacura, Santiago de Chile, due to the lack of lighting. This transforms the park into an uninviting place at night, causing us to miss out on its wonderful views and encounters with local fauna, such as rabbits, birds, and insects. As a solution, we conducted research on how to arrange lighting that does not disturb the eyes of passers-by or the local fauna.
