According to research showing that the heat island effect is severe in modern cities like shanghai, we came up with an idea: to have high-altitude balloons at fixed points carrying microorganisms to promote the formation of clouds, control the direction of natural light and reflect some of the thermal radiation.(the red line on the left is the heat island effect curve)
