Fine dust is blurring cities as time goes by, and people are complaining of coughing and shortness of breath. Fine dust mainly occurs in automobile exhaust, roads, and factory areas, causing serious air pollution and human damage. Specifically, PM 2.5 can penetrate deeply into the lungs and cause cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and respiratory diseases, and can have serious effects such as increased mortality by increasing the incidence of cancer. According to the WHO, approximately 2,000 cities are exceeding air quality limits, human habitations have increased nearly six times since 2011, and 99 percent of the world’s population reports that they are threatening their health by breathing polluted air, including fine dust. The damage caused by fine dust is becoming serious worldwide. We need the means to effectively reduce it or use it as a tool for today and tomorrow.

The most basic function of the Blooming Dust Device is to use the principle of a fine dust collector to induce the collection and aggregation of fine dust inside and outside the room to create various dust clumping patterns in a transparent glass panel.

1. When fine dust particles enter the electric dust collector, the high-voltage discharge electrode becomes negatively charged. The negatively charged particles generated by the force of the electric field move to the positively charged dust collector. This creates a standard flow of fine dust from top to bottom, forming a basic pattern called blinds.
2. Various dust clumps are induced by controlling the voltage and frequency of the AC power source to control the intensity and direction of the electric field.
This creates different patterns of fine dust aggregation and produces dynamic light motions.
3. Using the principle that scattered light of the same frequency as the wavelength of light is generated when light touches the dust, it strikes various colors on the dust with a color laser to create a soft and dreamy feeling of light.
In addition, when light is absorbed, photocatalytic materials that decompose pollutants into harmless substances are used at the bottom of the panel to lead to a clean cycle of fine dust.

The meaning of the blooming dust device is
1. The motion-detecting sensor automatically controls the amount of sunlight transmitted in the unused space, effectively managing the room temperature and saving cooling/heating energy.
2. It can be applied infinitely to various fields such as objects and lighting when blinds are needed, light is not needed in a multipurpose space, visual blocking is needed.
3. It improves air and water pollution caused by fine dust and contributes to reducing fine dust to help improve the environment.
4. By blooming gray harmful fine dust into colorful dreamy fog, it can be a factor in creating a wonderful urban landscape.
